The Super Max™ 7000 WS is a powerful industrial commercial wet sand blaster pressure washer that can act independently as a cold water, hot water, and steam pressure washer. This versatile machine offers a pressure of 1000 psi and flow rate of 2.5 GPM and is capable of reaching high steam temperatures up to 330ºF.
When used in cold water mode, this pressure washer machine can be used to operate the wet sand blaster system included. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Normal pressure washing removes contaminants from a surface, but this wet sand blaster pressure washer actually removes a layer of material from a surface and can remove rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits down to shiny bare metal.
The wet sandblasting kit that comes standard on all Daimer Super Max™ WS wet sand blaster pressure washer machines includes a special venturi head, flexible 15' sand pickup tube, and sand point, all of which are comprised of the highest quality components. The metal sand point tube draws sand directly from the container into the hose where the suction created by the high-pressure water flows draws the sand into the head and mixes it with the water. The high-pressure water carrying the sand grit leaves through the special nozzle and carries the sand across the surface to be blasted. With a specially designed 1 1/2"spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
The 7000 WS wet sand blaster system can be used with a wide range of sand grit sizes as well as different medias, including baking soda and small plastic pellets. This wet sand blaster pressure washer machine is ideal for smaller spot cleaning of metal surfaces, as it uses high pressure water instead of compressed air. This method is a much safer way of sandblasting and requires no special breathing protection, like that required by compressed air sandblasting.
The Super Max™ 7000 WS is portable and trailer mountable, and can be purchased with optional two gun operation.Wet steam output for the Super Max™ 7000 WS can be used with all spray patterns, up to 40°. However, the wet sandblasting kit is designed to work with cold water only.
Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

Pressure washers of different versions are widely used to manage a host of cleaning applications. In fact, power washers serve an amazing array of functions, such as vehicle maintenance, concrete maintenance, cleaning industrial equipment, spot removal of paint, graffiti removal, and phosphatizing metals. It is important to purchase pressure washers from leading brands to ensure you get the best of reliability, durability, and efficiency.
If you need powerful pressure washers featuring wet sandblasting functions, check out the Super Max™ 7000 WS from Daimer®. The tri-mode capabilities of this pressure washer enable it to function as cold water power washer, steam pressure washer, and hot water power washer. Flow rates of 2.5 gpm and pressure levels of 1000 psi make these pressure wash systems powerful enough to blast off most tough deposits from surfaces.
To quickly soften dirt deposits, this gas pressure washer ejects hot water at temperatures of up to 210ºF. The hot water pressure washer also generates steam at temperatures of up to 330ºF to help dissolve the toughest grease and oil deposits. In the cold water mode, such power washers can be used as wet sandblaster machines. Unlike conventional pressure wash systems that only remove contaminants from surfaces, hot water pressure washer machines, such as the Super Max™ 7000 WS, actually remove paint layers, rust, and corrosion from metal surfaces.
Powered by a 1.5 HP-NEMA engine, this propane-heated gas pressure washer converts water from cold to hot in just 30 seconds. Such commercial pressure washers are also exceptionally durable. For instance, the stainless steel housing of this pressure washing machine makes it resistant to chipping or damage. These industrial pressure washers also feature optional two-gun configurations.
