The Super Max™ 20000 WS is the MOST POWERFUL cold water wet sand blaster pressure washer offered by Daimer. Powered by an outstanding 40 HP NEMA electric engine, this pressure washer provides an immense pressure of 6500 psi and flow rate of 8 GPM! This pressure washer machine can be configured to meet your needs. It consists of three remote stations, allowing up to three users to simultaneously use the machine and comes with a wall mounted NEMA 4 enclosure.
Adding to the robust functionality of the 20000 WS is Daimer's exclusive wet sand blaster system. This extends the equipment's capabilities beyond the contaminant removal of normal pressure washers to the actual removal of layers of material from surfaces. The 20000 WS can remove rust, corrosion, paint layers, heavy deposits and other substances from surfaces. It does so by forcing high-pressure water carrying sand grit across the surface at high speeds.
The wet sand blaster system works in phases. First, the sand point draws the sand directly from the container into the system. The sand is then carried by the 15' flexible sand pickup tube into the special venturi head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. This mixture exits the system at high speeds through the special round nozzle and can be controlled via the proportioning valve on the head. Wet sandblasting can be accomplished using a range of sand grit sizes or media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets.
With a specially designed 1 1/2" width spray pattern, Daimer's wet sand blaster machines work best for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
