The Super Max™ 15800 WS is a powerful stationary, industrial, electric wet sand blaster pressure washer that offers the functionality to work independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer with high steam temperatures up to 330ºF. With a high pressure of 2000 psi and flow rate of 4 GPM, this pressure washer machine is the ideal solution for industrial applications requiring a permanent powerful pressure wash addition with immense wet sandblasting capabilities and that would benefit from the optional two gun operation.
The included wet sand blaster system allows the Super Max® 15800 WS to remove rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces, returning the surfaces to shiny bare metal. Wet sandblasting is a much safer method of sandblasting and does not require breathing protection, as compressed air sandblasting does. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" spray pattern, ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
The wet sand blaster kit uses a metal sand point to draw the sand directly from the container into the 15' flexible pickup tube that sucks the sand up into the special venturi head where it is mixed with high-pressure water. This high-pressure water and sand mixture exits the pressure washer through the special round nozzle. Additionally, the flow of sand and water can be adjusted using the proportioning valve on the head. This wet sand blaster pressure washer can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, like baking soda and small plastic pellets.
For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode.
Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

If work at a construction site must proceed as per schedule, the equipment used at the site must be clean and fully operational. Generally, people hire cleaning professionals to manage the maintenance of construction equipment. However, such cleaning services can cost a considerable amount. Therefore, it will be practical to consider purchasing advanced machines, such as industrial pressure washers, to maintain construction equipment.
Using commercial pressure washers keeps the heavy equipment used in construction sites free of dirt, mud, and grease. This protects the machines from rusting and wearing away. In the long run, the superior cleaning action of the gas pressure washers helps extend the lifespan of the machines and ensures that the equipment continue to function in great condition for years.
Although the high pressure levels of a pressure washer machine will help blast away dirt buildup from construction equipment, certain applications may demand the use of hot water or steam. For instance, when it comes to degreasing an excavator, cold water pressure washers will not be of great help. You must use hot water power washers, to effectively dissolve oil and grease particles.
The Super Max™ 15800 WS from Daimer® is a wet sandblaster pressure washer featuring a pressure level of 2000 psi and flow rate of 4 gpm. The tri-mode, electric pressure washer generates hot water at temperatures ranging from 180ºF to 210ºF and steam at temperatures of up to 330ºF, to help manage the toughest cleaning applications in constriction sites. Equipped with a heavy duty 5.0 HP - NEMA motor, the wet sandblaster pressure washer uses a mixture of sand and pressurized water in the cold water mode to remove rust and heavy deposits from metal surfaces. These pressure washers also come with optional two-gun operations.
