The Super Max™ 15500 WS is a stationary, electric wet sand blaster pressure washer that can be heated by natural gas or propane. Like all Super Max™ 15000 WS models, the 15500 WS has the tri-mode ability to function independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure washer with temperatures up to 330ºF. The high flow rate (4 GPM) and mid-range pressure (1000 psi) make the 15500 WS the ideal machine for industrial facilities requiring a permanent pressure washer addition with multi-use functionality and wet sandblasting capabilities and optional two-gun operation configuration.
The included wet sand blaster system is an effective method of removing rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces. To do this, the system forces high-pressure water carrying sand grit across the surface at high speeds to smooth and sand the surfaces down to shiny bare metal. Using water, this system is much safer than compressed air sandblasting and does not require the user to wear protective clothing. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" spray pattern, ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
The wet sand blaster is comprised of the highest quality components. The metal sand point draws the sand directly from the container into the 15' flexible sand pickup tube that carries the sand to the head where it is mixed with high-pressure washer. The mixture exits the pressure washer through the head through a special round nozzle. An added benefit is the included proportioning valve on the head that can be used to further adjust the flow of sand and water.
Daimer offers pressure washers in a variety of power configurations for worldwide requirements. The following are available: 110-120V, 208V, 220-240V, 380V, 415V, 440-480V, and 575V; single and three phase; 50 or 60 Hz. Please contact us for pricing.

There are many highly challenging cleaning applications in commercial and industrial settings that demand the use of powerful pressure washers. Phosphatizing metals is one of those applications. It refers to pre-treating and preparing metal surfaces for painting. The process involves removing all kinds of deposits from the surface, so that only the bare metal remains.
Sandblasting is the most popular technique utilized to phosphatize metals. However, compressed air sandblasting demands users to wear protective clothing and is not an ideal technique for spot cleaning jobs. For this reason, many cleaning professionals now choose the wet sandblaster function available with industrial pressure washers, such as the Super Max™ 15500 WS from Daimer®. These electric powered pressure washers, heated by propane or natural gas, attain pressure levels of 1000 psi and flow rates of 4 gpm.
The stationary pressure washer with tri-mode functions offers the benefits of cold water, wet steam, and hot water pressure washers. It generates hot water at temperatures of up to 210ºF and steam at temperatures as high as 330ºF. The pressure washer comes with an optional two-gun operation.
Powered by 3 HP - NEMA engine, these commercial pressure washers offer powerful wet sandblasting functions in the cold-water mode. In addition to being safer than compressed air sandblasting, this wet sandblaster function of the gas pressure washers also helps remove rust, corrosion, and other heavy deposits from metal surfaces. By mixing sand with highly pressurized water, these pressure washers accomplish superior phosphatizing results. The flow of sand and water can easily be adjusted in this pressure wash system, due to the proportioning valve available with the machine.
