The Super Max™ 15400 AST® stationary, natural gas, propane or oil heated, electric powered, industrial tri-mode pressure washer features Daimer's exclusive AST® (Automatic Shutoff Technology™). What is AST® Technology?
AST® is a proprietary system that works as follows: When AST® is engaged, it shuts off the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the pressure washer operator pulls the trigger again, the motor and pump go on. This feature is particularly useful for applications in which the pressure washer operator is using a long hose, say more than 25 feet, and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to the machine to turn it off during every break.
The pumps and motors in conventional electric pressure washers remain active whether or not water is flowing through the system. As a result the user has to keep walking back to the system to shut it off or risk damaging the motor and pump.

Power Cleaner Machines with Mid-Range Pressure Levels
Gas pressure washers required in industrial settings will depend on the applications to be tackled. While less robust maintenance applications call for industrial pressure washers with moderate pressure levels, the more challenging jobs demand hot pressure washers with high pressure levels.
If your cleaning needs are not exceptionally demanding, then electric pressure washers, such as the Super Max™ 15400 AST®, will be a good choice. This electric pressure washer is heated by natural gas, propane or oil and powered by a 1.5 HP NEMA engine. The tri-mode functions enable it to generate cold water, steam at temperatures as high as 330ºF and hot water at temperatures of up to 210ºF. This versatile hot power cleaner machine also comes with an optional double-gun operation for enhanced user efficiency.
The Super Max™ 15400 AST® features flow rates of 3 gpm and pressure levels of 700 psi. You can use this pressure washer machine in combination with cleaning chemicals by using its high pressure chemical injection function. One notable aspect of this pressure washer machine is the auto shut off feature. When the trigger gun is not in use, the system detects the absence of water flow and automatically shuts down the motor and pump to prevent overheating of components. The technology goes a long way in extending the life of pressure cleaner systems.
Electric pressure washers, such as the Super Max™15400 AST®, are ideal for those commercial and industrial applications that require the use of stationary steam pressure washers yet do not need extremely high pressure levels.
