The Super Max™ 12860 WS is one of Daimer's most powerful electric wet sand blaster pressure washers that boasts a high pressure of 3000 psi and a flow rate of 5 GPM for extreme cleaning power in virtually any industrial or commercial wet sand blaster pressure washer application. The 12860 WS can function independently as a cold water, hot water, or steam pressure water with steam temperatures up to 330ºF.
The Super Max™ 12860 WS, like all Super Max® WS models, comes standard with Daimer's unique and powerful wet sand blaster system the goes beyond the contaminant removing power of normal pressure washers and actually removes rust, corrosion, paint layers or heavy deposits from a variety of metal surfaces, revealing shiny bare metal. For use as a wet sand blaster, this pressure washer must be used in cold water mode. Daimer's wet sandblaster machines feature a 1 1/2" spray pattern, ideal for spot removal of corrosion, rust, and other materials from metal surfaces.
Daimer's wet sandblasting system can be used with a range of sand grit sizes and media, including baking soda and small plastic pellets. The metal sand point draws the sand grit directly from the container into the system where the 15' flexible sand pickup tube carries the sand to the special venturi head that mixes the sand with the high-pressure water. The resulting mixture exits the machine through the special round nozzle. Additionally, the head has a proportioning valve that can be used to adjust the flow of sand and water.
Made of the highest quality components, the Super Max™ 12860 WS wet sand blaster pressure washer is highly functional and flexible for a variety of applications. Adding to this versatility, the 12860 WS is a mobile pressure washer that can be purchased with optional trailer mounting or two gun operation configurations.
