Important Shipping Information

All orders received Monday through Friday during our normal business hours are processed within 24-48 hours. Weekend orders are processed by the following Tuesday. Daimer does not process orders during weekends. In addition, Daimer does not guarantee same day shipping.

You can normally expect to receive the following items within 5-7 business days from the day the orders are shipped unless there is a backorder, whereupon you will be notified.

All orders within the Continental U.S. and Canada for systems up through the Supreme 3000CV are shipped via Fedex Ground, unless the customer is interested in and makes arrangements with us in advance ( at additional charges ) for more expedited shipping.

Fedex guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages shipped via Fedex Ground, where such services are available, to every address within the 48 contiguous states.

Fedex Home Delivery Service delivers products to residences from Tuesday through Saturday, while business deliveries are made from Monday through Friday.

Daimer uses common carriers (trailer trucks) for the shipment of its Ultra, Super Max ® series and Vapor-Flo ® systems. These units are delivered only from Monday through Friday. Daimer includes insurance on all products shipped to its customers via Fedex and common carriers.
