The XTreme Power HSC ® 17500 PE is a heated hard surface cleaner with a 19" spinner for commercial industrial use. It combines the versatile Super Max™ 12500 PE propane powered and propane fired tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor. The spinner can be used with hot water temperatures up to 210º F. The XTreme Power® HSC 17500 PE provides steam temperatures of up to 330º F and maintains the high pressure (3000 psi) and flow rate (5 GPM) of the XTreme Power® HSC 17500 GE , yet differs in its operation. This model is powered by a 20 HP propane engine. This heated hard surface cleaner is ideal removing oil, grease, dirt, and other substances that detract from the appearance of concrete, walkways, sidewalks, driveways, and other outdoor surfaces where a power supply is not readily available. In addition, the 17500 PE heated hard surface cleaner is ideal for those who prefer propane to gasoline.
Alternatively, the Super Max™ 12500 GE can be used independently as a tri-mode pressure washer, and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE can be used independently as a powerful sludge extractor for the removal of debris laden sludge with solids up to ½" in diameter. The versatility of this heated hard surface cleaner makes it ideal for varied applications ranging from steam pressure washer to sludge extraction to hard surface cleaning to flood damage restoration.
