The XTreme Power® HSC 16500 PE is a heated hard surface cleaner with a 9" motorized spinner for commercial industrial use. It combines the versatile Super Max® 12500 PE propane powered and propane fired tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor. The spinner can be used with hot water temperatures up to 210º F and cleans more efficiently than non-motorized spinners. The XTreme Power® HSC 16500 PE provides steam temperatures of up to 330º F and maintains the high pressure (3000 psi) and flow rate (5 GPM) of the XTreme Power® HSC 16500 GE , yet differs in its operation. This model is powered by a 20 HP propane engine. This heated hard surface cleaner is also ideal for virtually any indoor application including: tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surfaces that other hard surface cleaners fail to remove. In addition, the 16500 PE heated hard surface cleaner is ideal for those who prefer propane to gasoline.
Alternatively, the Super Max™ 12500 GE can be used independently as a tri-mode pressure washer, and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE can be used independently as a powerful sludge extractor for the removal of debris laden sludge with solids up to ½" in diameter. The 9" spinner head spins at a powerful 1000 rpm and can be removed from the want and applied to walls for advanced wall cleaning in restrooms and other like applications. The versatility of this heated hard surface cleaner makes it ideal for varied applications ranging from steam pressure washer to sludge extraction to hard surface cleaning to flood damage restoration.
