The XTreme Power HSC® 16200 is a unique, heated commercial industrial hard surface cleaner that combines Daimer's Super Max™ 12200 propane fired, electric tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor with our 9" motorized spinner head, resulting in a powerful and versatile indoor hard surface cleaning machine. The spinner included can be used with hot water temperatures up to 210º F. Additionally, this heated hard surface cleaner features a rubber guard to keep water flow contained under the spinner. This combined with the extraction capabilities makes this hard surface cleaning machine ideal for tackling multiple applications, like tile and grout cleaning, marble cleaning, stone cleaning; removing and stripping wax buildup on VCT and vinyl flooring; cleaning rubber floors and other even and uneven hard surface that other hard surface cleaners cannot.
The Super Max™ 12200 tri-mode pressure washer provides high steam temperatures of up to 330º F. The blades on the 9" spinner head rotate at 1000 rpm while firing water at surfaces at a pressure of 2000 psi with a flow rate of 4 GPM. The 9" spinner head can also be removed from the wand and applied to walls for advanced wall cleaning in restrooms and other similar applications. Alternatively, the Super Max™ 12200 can be used as a tri-mode pressure washer and the XTreme Power® 11500 SE sludge extractor can be used other small or large water/debris sludge removal jobs. Add an optional 19" spinner head configuration to quickly swap out the 9" spinner tool if you wish to clean larger surfaces for virtually any outdoor application.

Switch To Advanced Floor Cleaner Systems for Efficient Cleaning
As the standards of cleanliness expected in industrial and commercial settings continue to rise, it is imperative to discard traditional cleaning techniques and embrace the new concepts of cleaning. This involves using the most technologically advanced floor cleaning machines. Unlike conventional pressure washers, the new-generation floor steamers are versatile versions that offer the benefits of steam pressure washers, hard surface cleaners, wall cleaners, and sludge extractors.
Steam pressure washers, such as the XTreme Power HSC® 16200, from Daimer® are ruggedly built of chip resistant, stainless steel housing. Powered by a 5 HP NEMA engine, this tri-mode floor steamer generates pressure levels of 2000 psi and flow rates of 4 gpm. The heavy-duty heating coils in this floor steam cleaner enhance the heater response time by helping convert cold water to hot water in about 30 seconds. To ensure exceptionally good cleaning results, these floor steam cleaners eject hot water in the range of 180ºF - 210ºF and steam at temperatures as high as 330ºF.
Floor steam cleaners, such as the XTreme Power HSC® 16200, have been specifically designed to cater to the maintenance applications in industrial and commercial facilities. As a result, this floor steam cleaner features a vacuum hose, a dump hose and steam hose of 50 feet each in length. To enable continuous operation for long periods, such floor cleaners can be directly connected to a hose line. The floor steamer also comes with a pressure wand, an extraction squeegee wand and other optional wands designed to enhance the cleaning performance.
