The XTreme Power® HSC 13250 is a unique, rugged heated hard surface cleaner offering operators the ability to remove grease, dirt, oil, grime, and many other substances from a wide variety of indoor surfaces. Surfaces that can be quickly and easily cleaned include: tile and grout, marble, stone, vinyl flooring, rubber flooring, and more.
The HSC 13250 achieves its cleaning power through the combination of three systems: a powerful commercial steam pressure washer capable of attaining steam temperatures up to 330°F and pressure levels up to 1000 psi, a robust sludge extractor capable of extracting sludge up to 1/2" in diameter at a rate of up to 30 GPM, and a motorized 9" spinner operating at a speed of 1000 rpm. Other equipment on the market use water pressure to turn the spinner head, resulting in a pressure level loss of up to 500 psi. Daimer®, on the other hand, uses an exclusive motorized spinning technology that results in no loss of water pressure.
The included Super Max™ 7000 pressure washer can be used independently as a tri-mode machine, enabling operators to utilize cold water, hot water, or steam as called for by the task at hand. Also available to use independently is the XTreme Power® 11500SE sludge extractor for water and flood damage restoration. In addition to generating hot water, cold water and wet steam, this tri-mode commercial steam cleaner attains a pressure level of 1000 psi and flow rate of 2.5 gpm to efficiently eliminate grease, grime, oil and dirt from different floor types, such as stone, marble, vinyl, rubber, tile, and grout. The 9 inch motorized spinner of this commercial steam cleaner rotates at a rate of 1000 rpm, ensuring unmatched cleaning results on hard surfaces.
This electric-powered and propane heated hard surface cleaner comes with automatic dumping functions and dumping capacity of 30 gpm. All these functions make these commercial steam cleaners capable of working as sludge extractors. The XTreme Power® HSC 13250 can extract sludge of up to half an inch in diameter, thereby proving indispensable in water damage restoration. As steam pressure washers, these machines attain temperatures as high as 330°F to guarantee efficient removal of dirt buildup.
